This was the beginning of your musical journey and playing music just clicked with you.

Ephemera from various Cocoa Vanilla Studio Collections. I love how most collections can all coordinate together.

in these moments time stood still
It was so great to see Mr S be rewarded for his work at school, and the homework at home to work on his handwriting. circa 2012

just hanging out
Lots of different products on this one, but it all stemmed from the colours in the photo and the Cocoa Vanilla Happiness collection

honeymoon
His and hers layouts for their albums. While creating this first one I had a little accident which meant I had to print it out again and fix the typos that I hadn't seen first time round. So the first LO is grammatically correct. The second one isn't. I count 3 boo boos. I think that's all of them.

ginuary
This is a list of cocktails I made while on summer holidays in Tumby Bay. All in practise of working out my faves come time for #scrapshack
All in all it was lots of delightful flavours and I've come away with many versions of Pina Coladas. Anything with Malibu must have been my fave base.

hello summer
I found the inspo for this one on Pinterest but try as I might I can't find who posted it as it linked to an instagram page that has since been shut down.
I love the simplicity of it and the circles cut with the cameo.

gappy
Clean and simple monochrome. Classy all the way.
On the back of the LO I've adhered the hand written notes to the Tooth Fairy.

mothers day tim tam slams
The sacrifices one makes for one's art. I needed 2 packs of Tim Tams for their labels and to my joy our local IGA just had ordered in and put on the shelf the Tim Tam Slams varieties. Talk about fate!
A hers and his LO's done.

books at bedtime
We've just had our scrapshackAF last weekend and we had the delightful Rachel Rigden with us. An off the cuff question was asked to Rachel for the latest challenge on Kraft+ blog, which is books. As it happened my very next LO I had planned to do was about Sean reading his bedtime story to me instead of my reading it to him. So with a bit of stash busting and a cute silhouette cut file I had a Kraft+ challenge done.
explore and travel
I often do the his and hers LO's at the same time and often the same way, just to get it done and dusted.

happy easter
The easter egg shapes are cutfiles from gold card and I lightly traced the shapes and filled with colour with liquid chalk pens.
Simple. Easy. Done.
I'm so very thankful of the photos I have of my Dad now that he's not here anymore. Lots of memory joggers for all of us. And it's all good.

get your dance on
I used a Kiki K folder as the base for this one, played around with some Vicki Boutin watercolours and created the large lettered title cut file. Job is done.

happy days
Cocoa Vanilla Midnight Collection is just so divine. It's a pleasure to scrap with. Scrapping photos with my Dad in them is getting easier but it still rips my heart tho. I'm now ever so thankful for those photos that I have with Dad in them as they are the memory triggers. I remember the occasion, his voice, his laugh and his joy with his grandkids.

leap of faith
I just love a very finely cut title. And that icecream is just the perfect accent needed for this LO.
