For something a little different I decided to matt the layout with the actual xrays taken of the foot and ankle. You can see them when you flip the LO over in real life. Not a lot of embellishing as I didn't really have the room in the end. It's a bit hard to see here but the xray is watermark on the page of journaling. Easier to see that in real life too.
