This morning's partial solar eclipse had a bit of a shaky start with cloudy Eastern sky right at the beginning of the moon traversing the face of the sun. But I was lucky with a 30 second opening in the clouds and I had the first shot in the bag.
The following shots were taken at intervals of the moon's travel.
5 shot sequence of the Partial Solar Eclipse on the Eyre Peninsula. South Australia. From 0643 to 0823 14 November 2012
I've had phone calls from Channel 7 Adelaide and Southern Cross GTS/BKN, and they both are featuring this shot tonight sometime in their news/weather forecasts. And I do believe it might be in the Port Lincoln Times tomorrow.
Made it worth getting out of bed for
;-)

Great shots as always Tiff! They sure look better than the "eclipse" I saw while driving along this morning...
