Its a punch that punches 12x12 inch papers/cardstock/vellum down to 7x7 inch.
Its a very sturdy punch with a soft rubbery handle. It has a very clean cut, even in vellum. Its very simple to use and the pictorial instructions are simple to follow. Stand over the punch and use it on a firm surface, not in the middle of a trestle table.
I've created this layered effect using vellum ranging from 10x10 inch down to 8x8 inch.

I love the punch and it can be used in 3 different ways and with the varying sizes, makes it value for money in my book.

I have been eyeing off these punches since I first saw them mentioned months and months and months ago on the WRMK site... but you are the first person who has given me the answer to my ultimate question - how small can it punch!! Thank you Tiff! And love your layout as always... almost tempted me to pull out my stash of vellum... ;)
