winter high tide @ coffin bay

I had a solo jaunt down to Coffin Bay on Sunday to shoot some stills. It was a fantastic day weather wise and  Coffins was having its winter high tide so a lot of the little private jetties and landings were underwater. Not what you would normally see. So very glad I could capture that.

The now disused Boat Hire Walkway

Boat Hire walkway, in disrepair and underwater.

Private landing underwater during the winter high tide.

One of the locals ;op.
How many towns in all of SA have emus that freely roam through in broad daylight.

Tawny Frog Mouth Owl.

Standing on a friend's balcony, long exposure of the Bay and the Channel.

Pano of the L shape Town Jetty.

The crane on the town jetty.

The most beautiful part of the day.

Love the pano shots, but that last one is a winner for sure. Divine!
