grey sky of harvest

Up until the last few days, harvest as really been under a grey sky. Usually it would be blue and clear for days, not overcast and as muggy as it has been. Thankfully the last few days has been warmer and drier so the crops can ripen off properly.

I'm always looking up and around looking for lines and patterns to photograph. Both man made and by nature.
Sometimes the two go hand in hand.

This is one of those days it paid to have the camera in the car. Even tho the light was as flat as, I could still see the potential lines of the windrowed canola and the lines in the cloud.

Sweet stuff.
